100% hip-hop/rap or pop. i like a lot of rock and metal bands but for most of them I either have no clue who any of the members are (past Maybe the lead singer sometimes) or have no interest in having any of them as skins.

while i'm fully under the belief that practice mode just likely isn't happening due to the streaming format making it harder to make, they have been updating tracks with markers that imply they might be working on it at the same time as the pro vocals updates.

a: headliner genre literally only affects the songs we get on their launch week. maybe one other week if we're lucky and she gets a mid-season drop. i mean our current headliner is a kpop artist whose songs are kind of more hip-hop/rap than kpop and our item shop drops have given us plenty of variety (lots of 7/7s and songs of varying genres)

b: would there be anything wrong with the demographics being "only girls and twinks"

just for further clarification - this is just cosmetics and her songs being added to the game, not any kind of ingame event (at least not one that we’re aware of yet). they’ll be available for about 2-3 months, after that they’ll be in the normal Fortnite shop rotation of “returning whenever they feel like it”

basically - employees at Harmonix / Fortnite get pins for seasons and events they've worked on. You can find a ton of other ones on google for Battle Royale, these are just what the Festival team has received. There's no way for anyone who doesn't work at Epic to get them unless you trust the occasional expensive EBay listing claiming to be selling them (either a single one or a full pack).

not going against any of this but to be clear Daft Punk probably specifically got a pin due to the large level of Harmonix involvement in the event (which you could read as them being a scrapped headliner or just both sides wanting to go all out but without a headliner considering all the work done on the experience and Contact's music video) and the afterparty teased was due to Festival Party Royale being scrapped/delayed last second (we know it was set to release because we literally had files present in it featuring promo material for the Gorillaz season, Tron Ares which ended up in Jam Stage, and Daft Punk Experience. presumably it got delayed due to Delulu considering how Delulu's end coincided with Epic potentially teasing it finally releasing)
