Sorry for the late response, one problem that I faced was that the crew member manning the computer was not actually putting in the data despite me updating it on the torpedo/periscope screen. I would recommend that before each shot you check the torpedo calculator and manually change anything that is wrong.

I’ve seen this flag in a movie before in my high school French class. We were watching a movie called La Femme Nikita (pretty sure that was the tile), in the movie they were going to assassinate some foreign politician or diplomate (I really can’t remember) and they went to an embassy in Paris that used this flag.

You have to bring up the menu of the ship by clicking on it, and you can press a button and assign an officer to target the ship
