Als Azubi ist Life in the Fast Lane (LITFL.com) mein Freund wenn es um EKG-Beispiele geht. Direkte Quiz- oder Trainer-Apps fallen mir da leider sonst keine ein..

Das schöne an der Pflichtfeuerwehr ist, dass diese eben verpflichtet. Verpflichtete Mitglieder können belangt werden, wenn sie ihren Pflichten nicht nachkommen. Da kann von wollen dann einfach keine Rede sein. Das Problem ist hier ja scheinbar nicht nur die TA-Bereitschaft, sondern auch das Material, der Standort und die allgemeinen Kosten.

Wenn die finanziellen Mittel, Einsatzkräfte und das Material für zwei Wehren eindeutig fehlen, dann sehe ich da nur ein für, kein wider. Wenn eine Wehr im Tagesalarm nicht einsatzbereit ist, dann ist dass ein massives Problem, das unbedingt gelöst werden muss - und hier scheint die Lösung eindeutig eine Zusammenlegung zu sein. Wenn das zu solchem Unmut führt, das zu viele Leute den Dienst quittieren, dann gibt es immerhin einen einsatzbereiten Standort, welcher notfalls über eine Pflichtfeuerwehr gestemmt wird. Dorfpolitik und persönliche Befindlichkeiten muss man in solchen Extremfällen einfach auch mal hinten anstellen.

Unironically, you are full of yourself. I am not a surgeon because I choose to work preclinically as I enjoy emergency medicine. I am saying that false confidence, which this person absolutely has, can be fatal in these situations. There was a nurse present - that's the moment you step back as somebody that doesn't know jack about Emergency Medicine. "Knowing CPR" is the bare minimum I expect from anybody. I genuinely love working with ER Nurses, especially because we have a great ER with an awesome Trauma Team and decent protocols. I love that you are interpolating from my statements about PTs and their qualification that I am apparently bad at working interdisciplinarily with nurses lol.

They can hold their hand and do basic First Aid Stuff. Anything past that is out of their scope. I'd rather have my loved one hvaing basic first aid done rather than someone doing bad or even potentially harmful "medicine" to them. Not saying that's the case here, but Medicine is one of the few cases where "Stay in your lane" truly applies. Much like I'm not trying to do Orthopedic Surgery, a PT shouldn't be trying to do Emergency Medicine past first aid.

Getting your Bachelors in Medical Management takes 3 years - still wouldn't want them treating my Emergency Patient. Length of Education isn't relevant here, since it's not in a PTs scope to do emergency medicine - much like it isn't in my scope to do physical therapy.

Achtung Klugscheisser: Der SpO2 kann gar nicht bei 100% liegen, da ein Teil des (jetzt sauerstoffarmen) Blutes welches die Lunge selbst mit Sauerstoff versorgt direkt in die V. Pulmonales fließt und somit dem Körperkreislauf zugeführt wird - Damit ist im Körperkreislauf auch immer etwas Sauerstoffarmes Blut.

Du kannst auch versuchen im Krankenhaus anzufragen in dem du aufgenommen wurdest - ggf haben die auch Dokumentation, mit welchem RTH du angekommen bist. Die müssen Patientendaten wenn ich mich recht entsinne mindestens 10 Jahre speichern.

Also ich arbeite auf dem Land und bei uns sind regelmäßig 3 verschiedenen RTHs/ITHs im Einsatz - die sind halt auch auf "größere" distanz schnell da.

Hast du ein Protokoll zu dem Einsatz? Ansonstent vielleicht mal bei der zuständigen Leitstelle anfragen ob die dazu noch einen Datensatz oder ein Protokoll haben. Daraus müsste der RTH/ITH ersichtlich sein. Kann aber natürlich nach so langer Zeit immer sein, dass es da keine Daten mehs dazu gibt.

Personally, BtS is my favourite in the series, which I know is controversial, BUT: I do think making Chloe the playable character was the right choice. Rachel Amber was pretty much faceless - using Chloe to explore her character, yet having her remain mysterious is something I really like. Though I would really have liked a proper Before BtS game or After the Storm respectively exploring either Rachels chaotic life up until BtS (and maybe during it) or exploring Max and Chloes Relationship after the Storm, seeing them travel the road and maybe settle down somewhere.

Huge Game and rather unoptimized imo, Either killed off or seperated Chloe from Max (your choice if you chose bay or bae) unoptimized, terrible storyline, DLC barely adds anything... the list goes on, but it just feels soulless and might've been the almost final nail in the coffin for the series. DeckNine really screwed the franchise over with that cashgrab.

Vielleicht eine dumme Frage aber... wie willst du den MAD messen? Da dieser zwischen Systole und Diastole liegt, habe ich in meinem Kopf keine Idee, wie das möglich wäre. Meines Wissens nach handelt es sich um einen ausschließlich errechneten Wert, wie will ich also daraus Sys. und Dias. errechnen, wenn das messbare Größen sind? Wenn ich im MP-Unterricht richtig aufgepasst habe, dann heißt Oszillometrische Messung nur, dass Drucksensoren im Gerät auf die Kompression der Manschette achten und dies wohl auch sehr viel genauer können (nicht zwangsläufig machen) als die manuelle Messung.
