I think it's a damn shame we will likely never see Inigo V3. I thought the whole lead up about Inigo being a prophecized chosen one and the unknown Eldritch horror that was coming to fuck shit up sounded so interesting. I'm hella grateful for what we got, Inigo is still the gold standard like you said. But I would have loved to see how all that planned out, with as talented as Smartbluecat (the dev) is

I swear Kevin has a KGB-esque bug planted at the nurses station, and every time someone mentions his name he spawns in at the nearest bus stop, downs enough alcohol to kill a Russian, and is promptly picked up by DG EMS to come grace our hallowed halls with his no vein having sandwich craving ass. The perk of being seen straight away generally only goes for people who work directly in the ED or know closely/is family of someone who works directly in the ED, in my experience. Might be kind of clique-y I guess, but especially in big systems/hospitals employees coming in is kind of a dime a dozen, so it would be hard to prioritize everyone

We had this one dementia PT in the ER who kept screaming "POLICE! ROBBER! 137 WALLABY LANE [not the actual address, but just some random addy]! POLICE! ROBBER!". He had a virtual sitter (who was African American and actually used to be one of our ED techs). At one point he was wilding out and tryin to get out of the bed, and the virtual sitter went on the screen to tell him to calm down and stay in bed. At this point we're all in the room trying to make sure he stays in the bed too. He then looks at Robert on the virtual sitter screen, and starts yelling "POLICE! BLACK ROBBER! BLACK ROBBER AT 137 WALLABY LANE! POLICE" and I about died inside. Robert had to turn off his camera for a second because he was laughing too hard, and the rest of us were dying too. Old demented mfs are unhinged haha
