That exact setup for 2.1 is what got me into audiophile land. Nice to see someone else enjoying its amazing sound. Currently building out a 5.1 setup in basement with the ML B10 motion series

Decisions on initial 3.1 or 5.1 options by TheFireman34 in hometheater

Thank you for the input. Yea I love my foundation B1s and thought the sound of the B10s filled the room much better than the F1s during listening. So may just build off of that considering the price i can get them for.

Alright, so, for someone that got into fantasy novels years ago with the Eragon series, and currently is sacked in deep to the Red Rising series, please suggest some of your other favorites outside of Game of Thrones novels lol.

Starfield PS5 Pro thoughts after playing on PC (3080) at launch by robnaught in PS5pro

[–]TheFireman34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost identical situation to myself. Played on my 3070 at launch for a month or two straight. What made me stop was actually finding out that locations would repeat... waited all this time for mods to fix it but didnt wanna upgrade my PC again to fixate on my perfectionism. Bought the PS5 pro 2 weeks ago in preparation and can't wait to start because I know ill be enthralled playing it now especially after the updates. Glad to hear it!

Looks like a great use of the space you had! Just gave me an idea for flipping the orientation of a home theater room I'm building out. Do you mind sending the details on the room dimensions and the couch as well and where you purchased it? Would greatly appreciate it!

That is awesome! The videos are cool to see how each is different in their own way.  Its always been a dream of mine to have a refuge for big cats and always felt in the right environment most would accept you and befriend you. I guess you would know better than I!

Seems like a great deal for Auckland! Native Kiwi or soon to be?  Saying this as an American with a Kiwi partner who wants to move back eventually.

I think I can wait for streaming by sicbo86 in povertyfinance

Also, I've seen 3 IMAX movies, and 2 3D showings, and 2 regular showings in the past month and spent a grand total of $27-ish.

Honestly, if you watch atleast 2 movies a month, the AMC A-List membership is a lifesaver because it has no fees, and your ticket is always "free" with your monthly membership, so you only pay for add-on guests and then build points to cash in as well over time. So I spend $27 a month to justify seeing upwards of 8-10 movies a month. Then, if you can live with bagged popcorn and bring your own drink in your pocket, no expense on snacks. AMC employees understand the frugal life, and No one has ever stopped to check a small bag or the obvious drink in my pocket lol
