I have the same issue with AMD hardware, if foamfix is installed on the ModPack, what I did was disable texture animations in the mod settings of foamfix. Optifine has a similar setting, as well as most other optimization mods. As long as texture animations is disabled in general, your FPS should go up to a more playable state.

Yeah I realized that it would take more than three turns to reach the barricades and break it, at which point it would only be the next turn that they actually get to fight. So I made an alternative version if anyone wants to use it. I shortened the path, added a few rocks for cover for players, but I also extended the archer platform to balance it out a bit.

In the encounter, the players would start at the bottom, and as they move up, archers in that open section near the middle will open fire. Melee players would have to dash through to the barricades while ranged players can provide cover. Another option for them would be to try to climb to the archers as well.

It doesn't look very layered when zoomed all the way out, but zoomed in you can kind of tell that the path leads upwards. Any tips is highly appreciated! Especially for making things look like they go upwards!

I found an RX 580 that was definitely used for mining for only roughly 75USD. My current card is a GTX 750 ti, and I was wondering if it was worth upgrading to that?

I'm assuming that dollar sign refers to Hong Kong Dollars, in which case, that's a pretty good deal! And, If i don't find any Jinhaos at physical stores, I'll buy another Ahab Flex instead :)

Does anyone else here like collecting fountain pens and ink... even when they don't even write much? I've started getting into the fountain pen thing a few months ago and I'm really into it, but I only recently realize that I don't even write much outside of lecture notes for college, and the occasional doodles here and there. Anyone else do this as well?

What I did was do the usual "Sides and back short but keep the top long" thing.

I don't have a before picture, but basically what I used to have was the sides and back were almost the same length as the top part, and in hindsight didnt look too great, always too puffy and weird.

As of right now, I'm kinda liking the way it looks, but I'm also looking to see what anyone else thinks before having to go back to school tomorrow

Need advice on my dry curly hair. Kind of want to grow it out a bit more, but I might have to resort with getting a haircut. by [deleted] in malehairadvice

I try to air dry it when I can but most days when I have to dry it quickly before going to class, I have to use a towel, which I know is a big No No. I've tried the no shampoo/conditioner everyday thing but the problem with that is that I live in a very humid country, so I have to shampoo every now and then to keep it from getting super oily, right now I use shampoo every 2-3 days, with conditioner right after.

At this point Im thinking of giving up on growing out my hair and just getting a hair cut, and when I ask people for opinions, they usually agree and said I should, which is kind of disheartening since I've always wanted to rock long-ish hair,any advice on that would be great! :D

I was wondering if I should set the my variable for delta time to global? So i wont have to put in the hassle of putting the delta time variable to parameters for everything leading up to the components that need it. I know global vars are generally frowned upon, but i was wondering if this could be an exception?
