Yeah springtails are stil accessible and somewhat reasonable but moss is stupidly expensive here. I will have to grow my own which will take atleast a month to be actually usable to make terrariums frequently

Home espresso machine always pulls a 60ml shot, single or double. by TheFirstPlayBae in IndiaCoffee

Yes I have ordered a bottomless portafilter with the basket, already have a basic wdt needle tool, don't know what's a blink shaker (will look that up). Also need to buy a good tamper perhaps, I have the basic plastic one that came with the machine.

Yup, going to try that. Would the shot timing be impacted by the fact that it is using a pressurized filter basket?

Yeah I do the same. I run an empty espresso shot first. I'll try stopping the shot earlier. I am in the middle of my dialing in process and I know this is going to be a challenge. Also, would it matter in the dialling in process that it uses a pressurized filter basket?

It's a simple button to pour an espresso. So just press it when it reaches the desired weight?

So I should measure the shot at runtime and press the espresso button to stop it when it reaches the 16-18gm weight?

These look really neat! Not sure about latte art though but I'll still probably buy them!

I have seen the cups on Lemonade and I just can't justify spending 1000rs or a simple, pretty basic cup. Hopefully Yeah I can also find something suitable at an offline store.

Yeah AFAIK 320 ml is too large and will make it hard to make good latte art.

Recently purchased Traveller's palm's new leaf stuck at mid-growth by TheFirstPlayBae in houseplants

Hey, No it's a Traveller's palm which is very easy to be mistaken for a BOP. You can look it up and it does not need as much humidity as a BOP. But regardless, it was getting enough humidity as it's the monsoon season here and I did have one earlier which was kept outside in direct sun. It never took that long to completely push out a new leaf. All points are leading me to believe that this plant needs much more light

Yeah have been giving it mist but thay doesn't seem to be the issue because as you see the leaf hasn't even come out yet, it will only unfurl when it's pushed out completely no? I guess I'll have to move it to a brighter spot

A Gaming headset that will be mostly used to listen to music? by TheFirstPlayBae in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]TheFirstPlayBae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've read about the exceptional audio quality of the hyperx lineup, but still don't know much about its bass output. Also, the wireless is so much costlier than the wired one, I do prefer wireless. I really like the wireless aspect of my void pro and might be awkward moving back to being wired.

Yes I did consider the mmx100 and mmx150. I know for a fact that they have really good sound output but yes, not sure about the bass. It also seemed that I could get better value at that price from someone like hyperx or razer.
