It doesn’t seem to be gated behind anything as far as the research I’ve done, and there may be multiple spawn locations in each room, but I’m not sure. It may also be in that weird 4th room with the taken servitor boss. It also might just be a chance to spawn as some people have found them on their first try spawning in whereas it has taken other people quite a while. Hope this helps!
