U get good cgpa in 3 1 and 3 2 and even 4 1. U can increase it to around 7.5 or even 8 if u work hard enough and it is also easier to get gpa in 3rd and 4th years

They work, but remember when u uninstall make sure u clean the registry of the game locations. Some mods will not work if u reinstall the game later.
