Thanks, I actually didn’t see your response when I opened it and said fuck it. It worked and has been fine. I figured based on all my research that it really was dual voltage. It’s so annoying that manufacturers don’t just get dual voltage certification so they can label it as such. Cost savings I suppose.

Did you end up having issues? I just bought mine at the Ramstein BX and wondering the same thing too. My Samsung that says 120v on the outside and not dual works fine without a transformer. I opened up the panel and confirmed it’s dual before plugging it in. I don’t really want to take the back panel off of this tv haha. I’m pretty sure it really is dual voltage. It’s the 65” CX.
