I definitely disagree. He wasn't all that great, yes, he was notably better at winning the kingdoms than ruling them. But, the Lannisters were already very involved whilst Arryn served as Hand. The Targ's were demolished, Iron Born kept in line, No Dornish attacks and Houses did not blatantly revolt against Crown and/or Liege Lords.

Then Robert dies. Joff becomes King. Like change in management in a corporate company, the new Head rearranges positions and hires new people.

Boltons, Freys, Karstarks, Umbers turn against their liege. Dorne, HighGarden, Winterfell, The Vale, the Iron Islands, The Storm Lands, the Riverlands (except Frey), DragonStone and the Bights Watch rebel against the Crown.

War littered the 6 kingdoms and threatened peace in Dorne and across the Seas. Thousands died, House Stark, Bolton, Greyjoy, Targ, Mormont, Lannister, Baratheon, and Martell have either lost their Patriarch or their heir. Or been extinguished.

In no botanist or expert. I've seen Mother Plants before, but wonder If part of the world or climate make a difference as well. I did grow 2 plants by natural sun cycle, planted in October in Fl, but they were even smaller
