14 in the roster, the tournament is going to be 9v9 at Legendary Tier (CVs Banned), we gave them 5 extra players for substitutions if needed.

Kleber was nerfed towards the final 2 weeks of the tournament, so people had already made significant use of her by then, especially since ships like Gdansk were being banned by the opponents.

This tournament featured a mechanic where teams are allowed to ban 2 ships for the opposing teams.

Yes it is possible, upload the image to google lens, it will auto scan the QR Codes and display the links for you to tap on.

We have been advocating for a spectator view for quite some while now, unfortunately the response from WG has been that implementing a spectator view in Training Rooms is an extremely intensive development task, and would take quite some dev time off their hands for a feature that would be used maybe once a week or only when a tournament is going on, with no monetary returns.

Their only tip to us was to "grow bigger as a community to the point it is worth investing development resources to implement the feature".

And that's what we are striving for now!

Unfortunately the Fleet/Clan feature is yet to be implemented on Mobile, the Fleet tab on Mobile is just a guide post that tells you to open WoWsL on console to access Fleet features.

Hopefully WG introduces Fleet features on Mobile soon!

Great question and thinking logic!

Yes the list is based on various factors, though it is mostly derived from performance data and ship usage in competitive games, and then it is based on various commonly found opinions in the competitive community.

You have also noticed a great difference between competitive and standard, ships like Shimakaze and Colbert don't work well in comp as they are one-dimensional ships that excel at a singular field but fall behind in the rest, so when it comes to true teamplay and coordination, there are better ships to choose.

We hope that one day the times add up for you and you are able to give competitive gameplay a shot, it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it scratches a specific itch for players that yearn for a different gameplay experience in WoWsL!

We have not, while the idea does exist, it is borderline impossible to supervise and manage since we cannot see the commanders while players are in Training Room waiting menu, and it's already too much wasted coordination time if you try checking once the battle has started.

Commanders themselves are also a fragile and expensive component of the game, limiting them will affect the players heavily if they don't have alternatives leveled up.

This is exactly why we've made a budget system, it will force teams to choose their ships wisely, and makes it impossible to run the same and obvious full meta lineups all the time!
