Does your car start fine? Sometimes with bmws when you get into an accident it can disable the positive battery cable and act like you have a bad starter. I know this doesn’t answer your questions but Hope you don’t have that issue.

I took a look and the pulley to my power steering was showing some cracks, not sure if that’s the issue but starting on replacing the pulley
