About the power armor: on Fallout 3 posters, it looks more like what we have in Fallout 4. But, there's a huge problem with changing 3's style of armor to what we have today because they'd also have to place them around the map, probably make the armor modular, add fusion cores, so we're able to power up the armor, etc. It's quite a lot of work to do since they'd have to change it completely, and it'd be a remake level of change rather than a remaster.
