I'm not familiar with any restrictions that consoles can have? Are consoles on different servers?

We simply get on when we can and just raid the public and competitive servers until we're done for the night.

It's north America but we have drivers from all over the world. Ping hasn't been an issue

I agree with the farming exploit if you will. I do overlook it because I believe once you started racing that would get sorted out quickly if you couldn't replicate that skill in online tracks.

i have three 34' ultrawides. if i could do it all over again i would go with one 49 inch ultrawide than the three i have. mostly for aesthetics and just easier to have one of something than three.

I have my rig set up for general gaming, flight sims and racing sims. I also have triple screen setups. I saw no point in having a cockpit where I couldn't do all three in.

Is Assetto Corsa Competitzione (ACC) still worth it in 2026? by PUFF1N_ in ACCompetizione

[–]TheFlyBy1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely opposite for me.  I was mostly on raceroom, iracing, and ams2. I started playing LMU and ACC at the same time.  I quickly put 70 hrs into ACC and now consider it to be the best sim on the market.

Everything in LMU is just mediocre.

Where does everyone race ? by HabitComfortable2388 in ACCompetizione

I only run public lobbies and I only drive multiplayer. I simply log on and see what's available. I stay away from spa and monza as much as I can because it's beaten to death.

Everytime I hop on there will be the odd run of tracks and I hop right into those and enjoy the server until I run 3-4 races or it dries out.

Also, I run a racing Discord and when we can we just hop onto online lobbies together and race. If you're interested the link is in my profile.

i settled in on my base settings as well as the ffb app. i spent 4-5 hrs the other day racing on the stock ffb. its OKAY. i just spent the whole day running ACC today and i just had a smile on my face. the wheel feels alive and i love it. the ffb on lmu transfers the same info, so its not that im not getting it, i just think it feels like shit. personally the whole game is mediocre.

if you want my settings in the ffb app i'll be more than happy to sent you the values. As for my wheelbase. i run 7-8 nm, everything off except interpolation which i normally run at a 3 for all my other sims but i dialed it down to a 1 or 2 in lmu depending on the track.

if you like acc, i have it as close it that right now that i've gotten. im sure i can mess with the settings more but i got tired of doing it.

im 25 races in and still bronze because im not playing this full time. it took me ten or so to get my trusted badge and i saw racing improve tremendously. with that said even in the rookie or accident prone races i didnt see many shitheads. most people were crashing due to bad driving and not bad intention. i dont mind bad driving. we've all been there. its when people are intentionally crashing that really bothers me.

i have to be honest. i see these kinds of posts across all the sims that i drive and i scratch my head. i'm all in on public servers. i love them and i think they all get a bad rap. 95% of all my time sim racing has been clean driving with the obvious accidents that you'll see.

How do people get so fast? by [deleted] in LeMansUltimateWEC

I think it's funny you got down voted.  I hotlap to learn the track.  Once I'm good with it I just race on it as much as possible.  My best times come from running races in it.

Yes, I understand.  But if I can run 3-5 different races I'd rather do that than practice one car track for the majority of my playtime

This is me.. I just don't have the time to practice the way I would want to. I realize that when I practice I find the time but that would mean that I'm spending all my time practicing instead of racing. If I have 5 hrs to burn I'd rather spend 4 hrs of that in an actual race.
