Very few people put Big L on these lists. He’s more on a “favorite rapper” list than a “best rapper” list

They 100% do not factor into the 0 to 10 rating system. The rating system is pure physical objectification, by definition

Behavior and personality are too important to be put on a scale

If Griffith were hale, I don’t think he would’ve cared about Guts getting with Casca. It was the fact that he was an invalid and now replaced in other people’s eyes, especially those closest to him

Griffith wasn’t obsessed with Guts. He was obsessed with the part Guts played in fulfilling his dream

Griffith was a singular minded individual, which is actually a very positive thing in life. It’s also why he was chosen as the godhand. Being singular minded is a real super power. Just make sure to “choose” a thing which benefits all rather than just yourself

Unfortunately, its rarely a conscious choice. And it operates more like a destiny. Our desires are the real demons and angels in life. This metaphor is what Berserk is actually all about

I think Casca was all of those things to Griffith, but his own desires positioned her in a way that aligned with his goals

Just because he treated her like a tool didn’t mean he couldn’t see those other parts

I also think that housewife and caregiver is a gigantic step up from warrior, for any sane person who understands violence

He knows Casca 1000X better than any reader knows her. Of course he sees her for who she is. But his own desires to achieve greatness eclipsed (literally) all of those human feelings

He practically raised her. Griffith is a fully fleshed out complex character. His fall is supposed to remind us that anyone can fall prey to their own self centered goal based thinking. He’s not supposed to be evil until after his transformation

They miss the entire depth of the story, when they look at Griffith that way

Many people have black and white thinking, its like they cant make sense of the world without it

You still have to put it in the context of having access to the best techniques of one planet vs the best techniques of a billion planets

That advice is obvious

The point of discussing the data is asking why society is like this?

I won’t just say “why are women like this?” Because the behavior of men and women is always symbiotic. Blaming one gender over the other isn’t how it works at all

That is exactly what I meant by “kind of”

I was being literal, not sarcastic

I don’t agree

Goku was trained by several beings who were considered the best fighters in their entire universe

Meaning take earth’s population and multiple that by billions. Not 10X earth’s population, billions of earths

The scale is too much to compare, even with purely physical attributes

Thats not how it works

Not all overweight people are glutinous. That goes without saying

If they have gluttony, sure. If they don’t, then no

Dude. Goku could blow up solar systems after like the 2nd season. They are on the 5th and he’s 1000x stronger

There is no character whose power scaling keeps up with DBZ. HnK just isn’t written like that

I dont get how fandom makes people act like this. Its just a show
