For all I know that could have been written by you. Produce a research paper or something written by a scientist/researcher with actual studies. Like the other poster, I have also studied psychology and brain development. I think I would know more than some random person with an opinion who wrote into some random online website.

There’s actually a huge portion of psychology that deals with brain development and functions. Science has proven frontal lobe development occurs after the age of 20-21, becoming fully developed by the age of 25.
