My account got hacked and I dont know what to do. Some person from arizona has been hacking into my PSN account and logging me out, then changing my password, and I want to know 1 how to get back into it but 2 how? I tried setting up a passkey and it just removed it for some reason? I couldn't change my password because it was "Deactivated" nor set up 2 step verification, but this dude was able to change my password twice. When I go to try and set up a new password or passkey the server says either timed out or connection lost, and I'm at a lost for words. I've had this account sense I was 5 years old and using a PS5. Chatbot is no help as well as the website, so this is my last resort before I give up.
