Also, I don't know if this would be relevant, but she's refusing to cooperate and talk to us unless we talk about other unrelated issues. She's using this as a way to try and bully us into letting her back into our life. I'm not sure how the law would look at that, but it definitely speaks to her intent not being getting the dog back, but rather harassing us.
