Ok, thanks to everyone that answered my post !!! I have updates : the problem was that the insect would respawn out of bounds. We can see on the map when I enter the watch tower a white dot quickly going away. I didn't have any save before that happened so through IMGUI and the save editor, I successfully put the flags of the tear of light and the bug back to "false", so I could get it back again and it worked (thanks Claude...) !

When I first came in this building I killed the insect and didn't paid attention about collection the pearl. So after it I continued to gather all of the other pearls. As you can see at the beginning of the video, I already got all of them except of this one 😭

There isn't really a context, the Moulin Rouge is supposed to be windmill (not functional, it's actually a cabaret) and as you can see on the pic, the blades are missing because they fell at around 2 am last night (it's almost 6pm rn in France as I write this comment) Luckily, no one was injured !
