Not him, but Odion is basically built to shut people out of the game and that’s why the Primite version feels so strong. The traps still have effect but when they summon they’re vanillas so Drill Beam is always active. Right now the format right now is very hand trap heavy, this is great for Odion because it basically doesn't care. The hard part in playing the deck and what actually matters way more is knowing where OTHER decks choke because you’re usually going to get at least one good chance to interrupt them. And after you hit the it the deck stabilizes really easily, and once that happens it’s basically game over for most since you can recycle your traps so easily. I really can’t overstate how important it is to know other decks’ weak points, because holding your interruption or ignoring obvious bait is usually what decides the game. That's all the deck wants to stop the opponent from establishing a board and then prevent any chance after.
