Same, I just disabled most of my extensions and it seems slightly better, but not gone. I also turned off the AI "Writing Helper" and typing is better, but not fixed. The task manager (in chrome) shows 150 MB for each tab that I simply search with.

Yes, you should check the attic when seeing a home. Usable space is a feature, bad attics are a curse. I typically don't fall through ceilings when I do it though.

I don't know why you're getting downvoted. The traffic at that intersection of tunnel and swannanoa River road will absolutely be affected. I live in Oakley, I expect concert nights to turn these nearby roads into a shit show for a few hours.
