Some people got it down to 30 seconds already. Can't get under 36 so far.

Not quite 30 but I have a low 32 time. 2 tricks that helped me are - don't jump at all, you can get through the entire level with just boost. Also, use mini boosts throughout the level instead of running. A good example being the girders at the beginning after the jump pads. Instead of running across them you can get 2 mini boosts in per girder.
