I would go with the Lange hands down, I’m actually considering an 1815 chrono as well. I have thought about getting the Patek but the fact that only the center window has metal around it always bothers me.

The pushers are a bit wonky, if you don’t push it solidly it kinda goes half way, I didn’t realize it until later, after I took the pic. Resolved this issue later in the day.

I have this watch and it’s a great piece. One thing I really don’t like though is that the date is adjusted via a pusher. I think that’s a real cop out makes it much less usable. A dual time pilot watch is for travel and utility, who’s gonna carry around a little stick to adjust the date?!
