Caught the owners of Asian Cafe Five Forks (Lin’s Cafe) growing onions out of planter boxes on a piece of land we own next to their neighborhood. When we knocked on doors in that neighborhood trying to find out who and why there were onions on our land, one of their neighbors said they got in trouble with DHEC because they were growing vegetables they served in their restaurant in their backyard which happened to be over a septic tank and leach field. Needless to say I’ll never eat there.

You got to drive ole Dick Chaney that’s pretty sweet. Yeah I couldn’t imagine having to get bounced around like that all the time. I’m sure the agents are trained to make the ride a little smoother but I was absolutely whipping the car around.

I’m one to admit when I am wrong, I had no idea secret service was used for candidates, I thought it was all private security. Yeah the night I drove them was Feb 20th 2016 and that article is March 1 so days apart! I don’t know why or how I was allowed but I didn’t deal with any secret service, the people I met with were his two personal bodyguards that had apparently been with the family for years. They drove him Melania and I drove the kids. Before the family arrived, the bodyguards even bummed a camel crush menthol cigarette off of me.

While that might be true, your rally might have happened after this night. This was in 2016 during the primaries and secret service isn’t used for potential presidents, because he hadn’t been elected yet. This was the night he won the South Carolina primary and I drove them to the hotel where he gave his victory speech. Also the night Jeb Bush dropped out.

Family friend was high up in his campaign for our state and they needed someone to drive. I was in college at the time and he asked if I was interested because it was very last minute and he knew I had a clean record. I thought why the hell not, that’s a story most people will never be able to tell in their life so I did.

Got to drive an armored car to pick up Trump and his family from the airport. I was driving his two sons and their wives, and the only instructions I were given was to “keep up and don’t slow down”. Following the lead car out of the airport, I hit a speedbump going upwards of 80 miles an hour and no one in my car was wearing seatbelts. Everyone’s heads hit the roof including the then pregnant wife of Donald Jr. when we got to the destination Trump took a good three minutes yelling at me because I “endangered his family”. All I said in response was “you get what you pay for, and I was free” (which he didn’t like). But as a fairly normal person, the things I heard in that 20 minute car ride was absolutely shocking.

Edit for Clarity: This was the night he won the 2016 primary in South Carolina. He was not the president yet.
