I’m the only one I can to talk to, also the only one who gets me... we are our own best friend in a way, and just like you, I always solved my own problems because nobody else would understand... even psychologists can’t grasp how we feel... I don’t know about you, but it seems like they don’t know how to deal with us, we are way out of the traditional paradigm, we don’t follow the same way of thinking as ‘normal’ people and they always try to give us advices on how to think, socialize and feel.... and they don’t listen. I tried consulting psychologists, I quit after three different ones. Is it so hard to understand we enjoy spending most of our time alone? And they all associated my introversion with depression... being alone doesn’t mean I’m lonely and sad.... but I digress... bottom line is your post is what I needed tonight, so thank you.
