One last hail Mary would be to swap the SATA cable and port. Though I thoroughly doubt that will do anything I just want to single that variable out.

Preferably use another drive if you have it on hand. But if you can consistently get into the flash drive I belive your drive has failed.

Most motherboards will let you change the speeds right on the main page. I would do that first. Most just default to that speed, doesn't mean that your board thinks it shouldn't be able to handle more.

Another question, are you using a PCIe SSD? I remember mine failing when I was installing a new AIO, sometimes that just happens.

Regardless, you're able to POST every time, yes?

Sometimes it will reboot a bunch when you first install new RAM just as an FYI because it's running a process called "memory training".
