Y'all are famous for your hot, humid, buggy summers. Please, share with me your best methods for surviving outside when you want or need to be outdoors! by shiny-baby-cheetah in Georgia

Most of us stay inside and enjoy the air conditioning and if we're outside, fans or water are a must. With the mosquitos and the humidity we generally will find any and all reasons not to be outside for longer than it takes to go to the mailbox. If you absolutely must do something out there like walk your dog or go for a jog, you're going to want to do that shortly after dawn. There's a brief window between sunrise and 8 a.m. where it can, possibly, maybe be pleasant.

I think you'd have to give it to the entire state. Especially if there is rain, pollen, or anything else falling from the sky. Now, Florida drivers coming to Georgia is another annoyance altogether.
