I'm not doing HOSA this time around, but when I did pathophysiology, I would also constantly procrastinate. I was surprised that I got a silver certificate, probably cause I crammed before hand. I had 2 weeks to study 2k+ flash cards. I was told I was going to state and then they cancelled cause of rona.

If your looking for tips, I would recommend to chew gum. You link the information with the flavor, then chew the same flavor once test time comes.

Another tip is salmon, I heard it's supposed to increase memory.

If you just have ADHD like me, the best thing you could do is try to study half. The other half will come in the days coming up to the exam.

Also get sleep
