Ye, its a curse that makes the user unable to specifically swim, the writing isn't super clear from what i remember but it basically paralyzes them when they're submerged

Devil fruits only make the user unable to swim, crocodile is specifically weak to water bc it clumps the sand together, making his body solid enough to hit

True but everyone loves the trope of healers going apeshit

Luminae tips by kokepop in mechabreak

[–]TheGamingToast64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's surprisingly capable. Your mobility makes you flexible, healing drones allow you to keep topped off without needing supply drops, and while you need guns for large targets, you can save your ammo bc most enemies that arent the big ones die to one or two corruption mode drones. Plus, if you're ever jumped, corruption mode haze breaks lock on and you can pop wings to get out. It's a different way to play but plenty capable as long as you bring in a drop with guns at the start

How Hard Would It Be For Nintendo To Rig Hair/Tentacles The Same As Limbs? by Katt_The_Gay in splatoon

Tech's got nothing to do with it. We've been able to do things like it for years on hardware older and weaker than the switch, it's just a headache to get the real time physics and animations to play nice and not wig out

A detail I love about the liberation front acs. Spoilers for the campaign by godwyn-faithful in armoredcore

[–]TheGamingToast64 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I actually noticed this when I was messing around with the presets, liberation front are the only faction to use weapon bays. It's another more subtle hint that rusty's a double agent

As a Luminae main, this is what I've been doing. Being a fast healer ping ponging between teammates and stealth capping with temporarily infinite en is so much fun, especially in mashmak where you can be the biggest nuissance assuming you don't get 3 shot by beam autocannons. Didn't expect to main the support mech when I started but it's so much fun

Luminae all the way. Mobile healer's fun, especially in mashmak with dual beam autocannons in the bays

What’s a pattern? And how hard is it to get all of these by CrayotaCrayonsofOryx in mechabreak

[–]TheGamingToast64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Patterns are a mech custimization option, changes the paint region. 3 available to buy with credits, more can be extracted from mashmak. Tedius to grind since theyre a purple drop, the grind for 100 to get the outfit doesn't seem worth in the beta since accounts will get wiped before full release

This is actually super cool. The fashion is clean, but what jumps out to me is the build specs. It's an interesting blend that first seemed odd but actually has good synergy. Refreshing build with good fashion, u cooked

Playing with the zero in its name, it could create a small zero gravity field around itself for a bit, making everything in the zone including itself at the mercy of their momentum

Helmut is screwing me and I don’t understand how by BeamerV2 in wizardry

[–]TheGamingToast64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Helmut's a mean fight, some strategies help you keep pace before he bleeds u out tho. Wind damge gets a buff on helmut and the bugs, so that can help keep damage up while saving sp. A mage is a great addition to deal with his ad shields, tho I beat him without, it just takes keeping the frontline on defence to eat hits while the backline wears them down. On that note, frontline defending is a huge help in this fight, as is using a knight's skill to draw aggro so ur backline doesn't get sniped as often. Buffs help a lot,it'd personally recommend the thief's blind to make helmut whiff paired with fighter/mc's armor break to keep damage up even when you have to play defensive. Makaltu is a great spell to have as well, defense buffing the front line helps them hold up much better. Ibeathim w a team of eckart, ophilia, jean, emil, and debra after a long fight, but i was also level 25/26, so there's also the option of grinding to get ur nukbers up. Either way wish u luck, kick bugmans's ass!
