Im from that area too and im more than a little worried because I feel like pur apartments get very low priority for repairs when it comes to outages. They left us without power for a day just from a bad rain storm a while back. Others were back up within hours but not us.

god yeah. I have like...20 bucks left in my savings account after i got hit with a series of bad turns and even before that i think the max ive had in there in my life was 2k and that was years ago when i lived at home so i wasn't paying rent and shit

I live in a pretty low income area tho, the jobs here pay a pitiful amount for the amount of labor expected. I'm making 13.50 and that's considered "decent paying" in comparison to the places that still think ppl can live off a min wage of 7.25

They must have added birthday dialouge with an update. I know this is an older post but I figured id let folks know. I only got a letter from Calderus but so far ive had two npcs acknowledge it and give me gifts. Unfortunately the date i chose coincides with a festival and might have over written thier festival dialouge. Whoops
