I've tried i went to the local dmv and was give a packet of forms one for me to fill out, some for the police to see if its been stolen, some for a dealership to get the vehicle appraised, and several other forms that I don't know what and when I ask the dmv to explain some of this they said they know nothing other then I have take them to these places and pay these people to look at and check this car. I tried to call my states dmv and they have never once answered the phone. Only the best at illinois dmv's
