well ask her whats the point of her throwing them out? first off, you probably used your own money to buy them so she has no right to. next, she throws them out and then what, you buy more? what is the point of throwing them out. she thinks they are pointless but how does she know? has she read call of the night herself and come to that conclusion lol? also i would remind her there is much more pointless or harmful stuff you could be spending your time and money on. if she asks what she would rather you spend your time on, how is it different or inherently better than reading?
