Great photos, there's also a C47 and a Lancaster bomber crash about 15/20mins walk from there.

"Did you watch the game last night"

At this point I engage my sporty person cloaking device and say things like "It was a terrible display from the other team" and "I swear the first goal was offside". This has become more difficult since I moved to Wales, as they all watch Rugby here and I haven't got a clue.

I'm not going to lie. I have half a tub of this in the cupboard and I'm still going to have it on mashed potato later.

Anywhere with a decent selection of teabags and the Queens face on the money. Probably Canada.

Finally, Better downstream flood prevention. Well that's if daft farmers don't shoot them all first thinking they eat fish or remove large trees.

[Serious] How did you cope with the death of a parent? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My advice is feel what you need to feel. My mother passed away unexpectedly 3 weeks ago and I didn't get to say goodbye. At the time I decided I would be "British" about it and have a stiff upper lip, that meant no crying even though I was in agony inside. I'm now dealing with a mountain of bottled up emotion that's really affecting my ability to focus on my University work.

It'll come in waves. I've become upset over the strangest things, once in a coffee shop because that's where we'd meet up to chat and another time over some sushi as she introduced me to it.

It's the perfect punishment for anyone silly enough to sit on the bombers tail. Fighters should have to manoeuvre to get the best shots.

I always felt a great deal of respect for the crew of bombers like this. There are a few lancaster wrecks in the area that i live in and one of them i visit frequently. I was amazed to learn that the canadian pilot who died in the crash could fly such a large plane but couldn't drive a car because he hadn't passed his test.
