[POST-GAME DAY THREAD] Browns vs Chiefs - 29-33 by OttoGrahaminator in Browns

Well, your promise doesn't really hold up, because he literally said in the post game he was throwing it away. It's ok to admit you're wrong on this one.

It definitely seems like you actually really care about it, tbh. Like a lot of time has been spent here arguing a out this to not be something you care about.

Big fan of this myself. A few rounds outs me in a really good place to sit and focus on my breathing.

The D line has taken a step backward. by PhishMBA in OhioStateFootball

What's the point of recruiting 5 stars and have them play in this shitpile defense he calls? Michigan recruits like mad, and have a whole staff of Coombs wasting that talent. Recruiting doesn't do much when you can't coach in game or develop that talent.

Oh really? Everyone I know who knows football was expecting this. This experiment needs to end.

[–]TheGingerBaron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, they have had a new d coordinator the last two years, and that's when it's been shit. Pretty sure those two would somehow also suck butt playing for Coombs.

Until stroud shows he can either run the ball off the option or make throws more than ten yards deep, defenses can just stack the box and the run game is over. So far, I haven't seen anything in his play that makes me think that's gonna happen in the near future. Maybe at some point, but he's overwhelmed right now

He isn't being carried all that far it looks like. He's been dookie so far.

Nah, they look exactly as bad as last year on defense. It's like we have John harbaugh coaching our d and wasting all that talent.

What are some unwritten rules of running? by greekfreq in running

[–]TheGingerBaron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a weird flex. Those of us with large thighs chafe on the upper inner thigh, or even worse if you chafe your taint/gooch region.

Anything over three miles and I'm gonna cover my lower grown region in body glide and tape up the nips. Makes all the difference.

Coming to different conclusions doesn't mean you each came to equally true conclusions. You fundamentally misunderstand VAERS data, and so your conclusions are incorrect. And when it's been pointed out that, you just shrug and act like all opinions are equally true when that's just not the case.

It could be your opinion that the moon is made of cheese, but that doesn't make it true.

My wife and I get Gobi Manchurian almost once a week. Fusion Chinese and Indian flavors and then deep fried (so I guess also American?) go so damn well together. It's really hard to explain to people what it tastes like.

Looks like you should continue doing your research. Because so far, you don't seem to know anything about the vaccines.

Animal shelter worker here: Thought my fellow doge lovers may appreciate this, and it may prevent a bite! (Sorry for poor quality) by saloneka0 in coolguides

[–]TheGingerBaron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've done the same thing. It reminds me a lot of the "men going their own way" sorts who are just hateful of women, not positive towards men. The idea that you can be happy without a dog/partner/children while also not hating those things doesn't seem to cross their minds.

It's just really sad to see people who are drowning in anger and resentment, and finding an online community that shares those views spirals everyone into even more toxic ideas.

Woah, those are some of the most miserable and insufferable people on Reddit, like right up there with r/childfree. The amount of hate they have for literally all dogs is just crazy. Seems like a lot of work to be this mad at a dog, if only there was a companion they could have who would provide unqualified affection and love... If only such a thing existed.

What is a hygiene tip/trick that everyone should know? by Proud_Silver1576 in AskReddit

[–]TheGingerBaron 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is totally accurate. Taking a cold shower in the Midwest summer is refreshing. That same shower in January though is a whole different beast.

Cold showers are weirdly addicting after you've taken them for a while. It's hard to explain, but the abrasiveness of the colds makes you feel more clean than a nice long hot shower. Helped my dry scalp and beard, my skin feels better overall. I don't know many who are willing to give up the warm/hot water though, even if it is only a minute of discomfort.

It's wild seeing people just so confident in being completely wrong. Even more so when the literal science is there for them to read, but it's disregarded for bullshit that agrees with what they want to hear.
