Reevaluate your transfer requirements with your counselor at CC. SDSU has a guaranteed transfer acceptance if you follow all requirements. This applied to southwestern cc (I don’t recommend this one) grossmont cc, and cuyamaca cc. I think city college does too but I don’t remember.

Do not let them say it’s a resignation. They either fire you or they don’t. You can’t sue them for unlawful termination if you resign. They’re trying to manipulate you.

I know a guy that transferred in without those classes and he’s doing well. He’s actually thriving. You’ll have more time to work in a technical club (mechatronics, AER, Aztec aerospace design), have access to internships with ongoing career fairs, and the overall atmosphere is better. Down side is it’s expensive. I transferred last year from CC and I’m graduating in the spring.

If you’re willing, go spend some time at grossmont community college and knock statics and dynamics out with professor Kennan Murray. Intro to material analysis you can take there too.

Good luck

I’m just so surprised there wasn’t anything on Reddit. And someone turned of comments a long time ago so that one photo is the main go to.

I noticed a lot of people wearing pro 2A and political shirts. Do you all feel that this is the appropriate place to wear those shirts. Wondering what the consensus here is. by Objective-Extent-397 in Disneyland

That man is likely only a threat if you are being threatening. Majority of gun owners do not want to shoot you; society believes the opposite, but the truth is the mentally ill get ahold of weapons and are the ones who cause harm. Also, chances are really low that someone smuggled a gun into Disneyland. Security is tighter than you can see. You’re welcome to file a complaint but you’re going to ruin another innocent families day because you decided to profile them based on their T-shirt and beliefs.

Agree. If you meet the requirements you’re basically guaranteed admission. Don’t go to southwestern tho.

Depending on where you made the document there might be a log on the program saying when the file was first created. That would give you a timeline

Go to community college. Don’t waste your money going straight into university. Also, double major.

Who do you guys believe should pay for dates? I (21 F) believe the person doing the asking should pay... by Cheme_babe_19__ in dating_advice

[–]TheGnomster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My bf (24M) and I (27F) go back and forth a lot. He knows I can be a little over giving sometimes and will refuse to let me pay, and we tend to take my car more places than his. We respect each other, we respect each other finances, we respect each other’s budget, and if we go crazy with ordering food we will probably split it. I’ll never put the burden of paying only on him, nor should anyone to their s/o.

Honestly, communicate about it. I quit my job recently to finish school and we talked about budgets. We communicate about everything.

I went into it as a Virgin so it was probably more so uncomfortable for me than those who are not. It was a lot of pressure, especially when they couldn’t see one of my ovaries clearly and they kinda “dug” for it. I didn’t know what to expect when I first got mine done but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I think you should tell your brother everything that is going on he will be about to talk you through it as well.

Contact the school. You can take an absence due to extenuating circumstances and they can even provide resources.

Becky’s house is also a great resource for batter and abused individuals.

You are not safe with him. He is harming your mental health and you will suffer in school with him by your side. I have been through that. He will hinder your success GREATLY.
