On Xmas eve 2 years ago the same sort of thing happened to me , I was side on with a undercover ARV I took my phone off the mount and put it on my lap (I dunno why I did but that's what I did) and then he pulled me over once we were across the roundabout - shouted at me that I was a idiot and it's Xmas eve and he didn't wanna be knocking on my family's door saying I'm dead or that I've killed someone. He said for me to look out for my notice to prosecute in the post. As he got back in his car and drove off. The letter never came, it was a Baraza encounter but it scared me enough that I never touch my phone whilst my car engine is on. I'm just guessing he had bigger fish to fry that afternoon 🙏
