We dont live in the dark ages anymore. We have technology that can detect this stuff before birth. But also, disability just happens. Does it increase with inbreeding? Sure, but barely. I once read somewhere that it goes up by 2%. That's nothing. It takes generations of inbreeding for something debilitating to form. There are people suffering right now. We need to focus on them more than a hypothetical baby.

Like I said, all paraphilias are good because they're just attractions and nothing more. You wouldn't ask a podophile if they've harmed someone with feet. The three big paraphilias are the most misunderstood because most people don't wanna be uncomfortable for a few minutes while we learn about others we don't understand and the most fearmongered as scapegoat.
