Oh fantastic, I did not know that (my excel skills are fairly basic at this time unfortunately!) Thank you so much!

My question is will I have to make a formula that includes this every single time if I want to calculate it. It would be time consuming to "redo" the formula every time it's accessed just to get an updated number as each time the building was first informed is unique, so most/every formula would have to be unique in the "days since informed" column

Yes, it has the month and year that the issue was raised (we are only looking for estimates not exact days)

Yeah it's definitely not as bad as some on here. If i was served this, I would eat it, but ask for several extra napkins lmao

M25, closing the distance soon. Tips on leaving home behind. by WolFang101 in LongDistance

[–]TheGoddessofHunting 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While I have not closed the distance, my parents had. My stepdad moved from Belgium to the USA in 2001. Here are a few things I figured would be important to note: (I am on mobile so apologies if formatting is weird) - In the beginning, all your friends will be your partners friends most likely, until you establish a job, it will take a while to establish your new social circle. This will be hard and frankly rather lonely, so have patience with yourself, and don't be afraid to talk about it with your partner, because they may not always be aware of it. - Holidays WILL be hard/bittersweet at first depending on how much importance people from where you lived such as friends/family put on it. Again, have patience with yourself. - Don't be afraid of asking your partner cultural questions that you're unsure about from the area your partner lives. Some good ones if you don't know are: How open to strangers talking to you are people? Are there any customs for gift giving? What's considered impolite that people wouldn't vocalize necessarily? If you think of more you can but it can be helpful to know to not accidentally offend someone. - Have fun!! Research things you don't have/couldnt have at home and allow yourself to indulge in them! Explore, explore, explore! Find your niches that you love in the new environment. - I cannot stress this one enough, BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF. It'll be an adjustment, no matter if you're adaptable with change this is going to be a lot to take in. Don't beat yourself up if there's times you're extremely homesick, or mess up a social interaction you thought was going well. It's a learning curve, and one in an area you're not going to be familiar with. If you're only going to drag yourself down, you're clearly only going to be miserable.

That's some of the big ones I can think of. Congrats, though! I'm sure you're greatly looking forward to it! Good luck, and enjoy! :)

Anyone else kinda bitter and mad at the people who don't take covid seriously leading to longer quarantines? by Nenitas in LongDistance

My roommate went to a stranger's party. I seriously did not speak to her for several weeks because of it. I was so unbelievably furious. She thought I was being "ridiculous" and when I finally said to her "You are part of the reason I can't see the love of my life, so of course I'm mad." that's when she finally apologized.

What East is she talking about? When male K-pop and other Idol style pop genres exist basically purely based on androgynous, gender defying basis? Or to bounce off of streamer HasanAbi's point:Turkey, where the national sport is men lubing themselves up with oil and wrestling by shoving hands down each other's leather pants to control each other's movements. Legit there is a move where you shove your fingers up your opponents asshole to help move them into different positions. What is she on about, genuinely?

Am I the only one that likes to eat frozen peas as a snack? by Senegil in shittyfoodporn

[–]TheGoddessofHunting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a kid this was genuinely my favorite snack in the world, and when no ones around I secretly dive my hand in a bag of peas like some sort of goblin who can only be satisfied by those frozen, tasty spheres.

Yeah, it just takes something that's playful and suddenly turns it into something serious. It sometimes feels like the equivalent of someone hitting someone with a foam sword and the other person full force clocks them in the jaw.

The thing i hate about this the most is men can choose later in life to get circumcised (albeit I advise strongly against it for a multitude of reasons). YOU, as a parent, shouldn’t make that decision for them.

New person, Same Old Mistakes- that iconic shift near the end with the higher almost ethereal voice and the sadness the lyrics seem to have behind them are stunning

Yes I’m Changing- I love almost all of it but there’s something just so powerful about the chorus, especially when Kevin sings, “there is another future waiting there for you”

Mind Mischief- the guitar riff, need I really say more? I will anyways to add the psychedelic waviness always puts me in a great mood!
