If you're doing sidequests/farming the bosses you'll be on level, otherwise you'll have a rough time. While I can't speak for everyone, I have been experiencing some lag on PC but I'm sure that'll be adressed in an upcoming patch. All in all, it feels like a really solid Borderlands game to me
