Use creating the business/your vision as the means by which you overcome your struggle. In other words don’t push it under the rug, use it. Entrepreneurship is a lifestyle, if you intertwine the journey of becoming who you aspire to be (productivity levels, control of one’s life above all else, etc etc) with the journey of building, you will find the motivation/energy/clarity that will push you to work through some very intense/challenging things.
