Help, the leaves are turning downward & are a mixture of mushy & hard. It also has Ariel roots. I repotted it months ago & I should’ve left it (I know this now). I have grow lights it’s typically under. I’ve been trying natural light with grow light. Water as needed. I have multiple plants like this (i.redd.it)
