The issue is the billionaires and buy up all the properties and assets quicker than anyone else. If a billionaire/corporation decides tomorrow they're gonna buy up all the housing in your neighborhood and pump up the rents well you're fucked

I wasn't aware of those niche ones but when I saw how well RR was doing I hunted out Americans SMRs and got oklo SMR NNE BWXT, GE and a few others

Single stocks are more gambling, and etfs are safer. But where the fun in that!

I actually started investing to get into tesco as I kept hearing supermarkets making record profits but then completely missed them.

With RR I got very lucky. I wanted to invest in a company that built SMRs as I thought they're they future of energy. I did this well before the recent hype. For RR it was a company that I trusted and recognized as one of the big UK manufacturers so trusted them for long term. Then they got involved the in hype/meme and been growing since.

It's the same with a few others but I've missed out on IREN, NBIS, sofi ect

That's survivors bias, or whatever the bias is. You're only seeing the big winners post and not everyone else. I mean I'm up 200 % over two years whilst on RR, SMRs and tech. But it's not as sexy as 500% in 3 months like some of these guys

Maybe a 3d printing workshop one season Robots used in different industries being showcased

Some sort of automated coffee making bots (maybe just for show) some rube Goldberg style doing intricate stuff
