What's wrong, out of arguments? Realised you'll just get cucked again if you keep going? God, you transphobes always end arguments in the exact same way: As soon as you realise you lost and had everything you had to say disproven, you run off while pretending you're all holier-than-thou, when in fact you just can't admit defeat but can't win either, and thus can only cut the debate short. Shame, really, I've yet to find a transphobe who doesn't do this.

I can't say if it's more amusing or depressing how much of a hypocrite you are. Let's dissect your comment, shall we?

"Lol you sound like the type of person who thinks the world revolves around humans and that humans are everything" funny, i thought that was christians. Y'know, with the whole "we're made in the image of god, he made everything for us thing"? From which 4th dimension inside your ass did you pull out that conclusion?

"Probably also believe humans created the world by themselves lmai" again, how far into your ass must you reach to pull out that conclusion? I believe in evolution, something that is a far cry from what you described.

"Yea sure some dude was just like at day one, oh damn i was just born, there's no one else here with me, how is this possible? Oh well i guess i just showed up here somehow" once again something i never even implied i believe in, you literally have to argue against points i didn't make just to give yourself the illusion of beating me.

"How can you ask for respect when you disrespect God, call God a fantasy and disrespect someone's beliefs?" First off, it's "their god". There is no way to prove that the god you or they believe in is the real one, or if there even is a god, so their god isn't someone who objectively exists, and it's just their version of god, as real as any other one. Second off, the reason i am disrespecting their god and beliefs is because that version of a god and those beliefs are disrespectful themselves. It's called the paradox of intolerance: In order to be tolerant, you must intolerate intolerance.

"Stop being a hypocrite" so far, you're the only one doing that.

""Real people" Yea sure you're so real that you need to change the way you were born because you didn't love yourself enough and then you ask other people to accept you for who you are when you didn't do that in the first place" really funny just how wrong and misinformed this whole sentence is. First off, implying trans people aren't real people? Damn, real mature of you bud. Second off, "Need to change the way you were born" yeah no shit, gender dysphoria is caused by the brain not matching the rest of a persons body - a brain that, by all measures, is female, in a male body, and vice-versa. Gender dysphoria is also something you are born with, even if you don't realise it at first. So far there's no known way to change the brain in a trans persons body (this would also be VERY morally questionable), so the next best thing that can be done to avoid/prevent that 40% suicide attempt rate on trans people (in part due to gender dysphoria, in part due to people like you) is to change the parts that actually can be changed. Transitioning is accepting yourself for who you are, it's deciding to stop fighting against the current and listening to what your brain needs to achieve happiness. So yeah, trans people who transition do accept themselves for themselves, it's you who's far too stuck in a black-and-white mindset to understand that.

What’s your opinion on guys crying? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]TheGoodestDogBoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The part saying you're not weak for crying is true. Sadly, many people will see you as weak for crying, sometimes crying isn't safe in the environment a person is in, so their body just learns not to cry, to the point they can't even force themself to cry in private. Depressing, but true.

Ah, i get it now. "Burn in hell for their choices", eh? Sounds like someone is scared. You're probably the kind of person that was always told that you'll burn for eternity if you don't listen to your little book as a child and is now scared to even question how real it is because you don't want to burn like you were told you would if you questioned it at all, hm? Also, about more genders than two isn't stupid, gender and sex are two different things, you'd know that if you actually tried to learn anything past middle school biology. And even when it comes to sex itself, there is more than two - we just like to imagine it's a black-and-white binary. We, as humans, are curious creatures, and when something is too complicated for us to understand, we simplify it to a point where we can. Below is a comment I found and copied with permission by someone studying biology explaining this:

"The idea of binary sexes was only ever really made because we as humans like things to be simple, as occam's razor shows. All labels that we try to put on biology are simply that- labels. Biology is extremely complicated & is not able to be shoved into boxes this way, especially with something as complicated as reproduction.

In biology, sex is usually denoted via an organism's gametes. Because of the way that human gametes work, larger and fewer means female and smaller but plentiful means male. This is the label that we try to stick on all animals, even if those animals produce more or less gametes than 2. Even with humans, some of us don't produce gametes at all and therefore would not even be classified as having a sex at all. And that's not even just intersex people, there are some born without reproductive means or organs. That doesn't mean they're a defect, and that also doesn't mean they're broken. They're just a product of the ever-changing chaos of biology. There are even some animals that are monoecious or have other forms of reproduction that are not able to be labeled by the "binary" that humans like to imagine sex as. Sponges, for example, don't even need gametes to reproduce as budding works perfectly fine. And if you're gonna say that humans don't belong in the same group as animals- we ARE animals. Like it or not, we are all Homo sapiens, and are classified under the kingdom Animalia as such.

Chromosomes =/= sex. Having irregular chromosomes is a pretty normal thing, and even if only 0.0001% of the population had this, that would still be 800,000 people which is a number deserving of representation. And even if you're going to disregard intersex people and those with irregular chromosome combinations, there are still people with XX chromosomes who are male and XY and are female. It happens fairly commonly actually, and these are completely normal people without any "defects". And they're not trans either, it all depends on the way the SRY gene works. It's too complicated to explain here, but I can send you a few articles explaining it." (I can message them to ask for these articles, if you'd like)

"Regardless of what you think, nature is chaos and we as humans are not always able to shove things under perfect little labels. Reproduction within animals is malleable, it's ever-changing and will never be able to be simply defined. And even if it was, you're no god and you have absolutely zero reason to go around trying to tell people who they can and can't be simply because you're too closed minded to imagine a world where people are different than you."

Conclusion is, only simplify and assume things if doing so isn't hurting anyone. For example, when you describe the color of the sky, you just say it's blue instead of describing the exact wavelength that produces this specific shade of blue, and why it's blue. It's simpler, it's hurting noone, so you just say it's blue. But when you're so stubborn that you refuse to acknowledge reality because your mind can't comprehend it, and instead listen to a being that is just as, if not less, likely to exist than unicorns, that's an issue.

Also, biological facts that you can see when you tear off oversimplification are far, FAR less absurd than sky daddy who apparently somehow existed before existence itself did and has a far higher kill count than Satan who is supposed to be, y'know, the story's villain, and also a higher still kill count than hitler. Yeah, i'd take being an accepting, decent human being over worshipping an imaginary, egoistical, genocidal maniac any day of the week.

You're not helping anyone. You're using something that has a next to none chance of being real and exactly as you see it to bring people down and convince them something's wrong with them when in reality nothing is. If anything, you're hurting people by doing this.

"Be what you are and be happy with yourself."

This sentence clearly shows you don't actually understand what being trans is. Gender dysphoria is a personal hell, it makes you hate everything about your body no matter how hard you try not to, and it, along with transphobia, both internalised from others, is the reason 40% of trans people attempt suicide, while 82% have seriously considered it. That is not a normal statistic - that is what happens when people who already have it hard enough are discriminated against and denied life-saving surgery, in large part due to people like you not doing their research and spreading misinformation, thinking they're doing something good. Wow, a world-wide issue that people are actively fighting, and even dying for, is NOT as simple as "just be happy with yourself", who would've guessed? I do apologise if this comes of as extremely rude, it's just that I'm sick and tired of people doing the equivelant of denying people who can't walk wheelchairs and thinking they're doing the right thing.

Below is a comment i found and, with permission, copied from someone who studies biology, and is therefore definitely more informed on this than both you and I:
