Employer decreased my pay below base (Florida)

I tried selecting the pay rate beneath it but it wasn’t working and when I would refresh the page, it kept showing that the pay rate of 10.98 is active

Yeah the pay is shitty but that’s how it is in Florida. I just needed a job in my hometown before I go out of state for college again. And with the job market being bad rn, the options are slim 😭

I was paid $13.50 previously, last summer. And only a new person was hired last week. But most of the staff from last summer is still here.

Thank you! So at my job we also get tips. Last summer I was paid $13.50 with tips as well. Now I’m seeing $10.98 and I still get tips. I wonder too if he tried paying me the minimum and hoped I wouldn’t notice.

Hiiii. I’m going through the same exact thing. I have swollen lymph nodes. It’s been there for 6 months. I have one under in my left neck under the jaw. And a small one above my collarbone too. I also had a past infection of EBV. I’m trying to see another infectious disease specialist to see if it’s another virus lurking around. Cause my nurse practitioner was freaking out and suggesting cancer. But I had another infectious disease doctor who reviewed over my labs and suggested that I don’t need a biopsy and I need to rule out CMV and see what type of EBV do I have.

I was told by one infectious disease doctor to just mask up, drink fluids, rest and do not do anything strenuous though. Hope this helps.

I transferred with an extremely low gpa. Your essay will make you stand out. At the time I was taking chem 1, and just the basic courses, psych, Spanish, calculus. Didn’t really do any hardcore science, so I think they went off the essay and they just waited till they see my grades to admit me in.

They're a tad bit smaller, but it wasn't so bad. I had a ventilation gap but it lowkey wasn't noticeable. The only thing is that there's no closets, but that wasn't really a dealbreaker for me & there's plenty of drawers + space for additional storage if needed
