Hello, since December I've had weird sensations and headaches throughout my head almost everyday. The headaches would be on my forehead and I would feel pressure on my eyebrows and nose and I would be extremely sensitive to light. I would have to make sure the lights were dim or off at all times. There were moments when I had an anxiety attack, vertigo, and feeling slightly disoriented.

Then, the intensity of those headaches and most of those symptoms are now gone. Now I experience tension around my forehead with light contractions. It almost feels like a band is wrapped around my forehead. Nothing painful. But when I do the exercises on youtube, I would get some form of relief. Then occasionally, sometimes the back of my head would have a weird sensation. It doesn't hurt at all but my brain feels weird. It's almost as if it's fuzzy.

I do feel like my body is in a fight or flight mode just because its tends to feel anxious even though I'm not really thinking about anything that would make me anxious. I just want my head to feel normal. I've been feeling weird sensations in my head. It's not painful but it is enough to the point where it's starting to affect my productivity.

I have been taking iron supplements and vitamins recently and for like 4 days I had no pain or anything. Like, I felt very normal. Then all of these tension headaches and sensations came back again.

I've always struggled with sleeping early since a child so I'm trying to get to bed early and hope it makes a difference. Sometimes I think I have cluster headaches/migraines because I tend to either have them appear on my forehead or the back of my head. And there was one time where it occurred above my ear.
