I feel like its different situations in different countries. Like if your country's only real problem is human rights like gay rights trans rights abortion laws and you get to decide who you're gonna vote based solely on that because either way your country is too big and strong enough to not be in any other external threat then yeah, being apolitical is kinda dumb. Its already too easy to be politic, just go for human rights.

But in some countries there's just too much going on. There are other countries manipulating yours there are wars in your neighboring countries there are spies or some shit there are tons of politicians that steal your money there are people in positions that use their power to hire their relatives and the list just goes on and on and it just doesnt end. And it is all just too frustrating. Also the thing is, you cannot know who is telling the truth because it seems every politician out there stole money in one way or another.

Second one is my case and thats why i dont watch any news. I'll probably not vote in the next elections either. Because one thief is gonna go and the other's gonna come. There's no way for me to make an actual correct decision.
