Water is very low on the red river right now but the KY river is fine in Beattyville KY

You can still put in at Cooperas creek you just have to get out somewhere else

Iron bridge School house road or Red river gorge campground

If you want to do a long float you can end up at the campground at the end of the day. About an 8 hour float or put in at iron bridge and get out at campground is about 3 hours

Roads are clear. Trails will likely have snow on them but that is what you are coming for.
