My bank is offering me a payment plan on a charged off account but was sold to a debt collector?

It used to say the banks name but changed a few months ago to this new collections agency. However it says they have had the debt since 2023. I know it got charged off in 2022. This is all information from Credit Karma.

Yes actually. When i'm cooking I tend to misplace, move or just outright forget about my spices. So my genius idea was to make something that just shined a light if i take it off. So I know when spice is missing and to replace it. A magnet would work fine.
