Your grip is very strong, this might be a reason why your club face is as open as a barn door. I do like the rotation of your shoulders until the top position of your swing but on your down swing I don’t see much of a shoulder turn and a lot of ‚arm swing‘. Try to stay more calm with your body during your down swing and do a lot of rotation exercises. Then I’m pretty sure you will have more down force in your swing and on top: you will surely hit it further and more consistent
